This commode chair has been designed with both functionality and comfort in mind. For starters, the ergonomically crafted backrest is extremely comfortable for the patient, while a handle has been built into the design to make moving the chair around very easy for the carer.

The armrests add even further comfort, support and protection and they have been designed to simply be swung away when required, such as while the patient is taking a shower.

The seat of the Hamburg Commode Chair is padded as well as being removable and a pail located beneath the seat allows the patient to go to the bathroom without needing to vacate the chair. Alternatively, with the height adjustable chair, it can be positioned directly over the toilet after removing the pail.

Two removable footrests are included in the commode chair’s functionality for even more patient comfort. To allow easy access into and out of the chair, the footrests can simply be swung away.

The chair rests on 4 five inch swivel wheels that make transporting the patient from room to room a breeze. Once in position, the wheels can then be individually locked for complete safety.
